SHIPPING
A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been processed. Please allow a few days for your tracking number to be updated.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, PixieDustHorror releases all responsibility of said package. Please contact UPS or USPS (depending on the shipping courier you chose) if your package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit.
We only offer shipping within the United States.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
PixieDustHorror is unable to offer any refunds or exchanges due to safety and sanitary reasons. We only accept exchanges if it is a manufacturer issue with photo proof. All sales are final. Please remember, some items are embroidered by me! I do my very best to get it close to perfect as possible!
If an issue does arise with your order, please send me an email within 7 business days from the day of delivery. After 7 business days, all sales are final.
CANCELLATIONS
Change your mind? No worries! Please email me at pixiedusthorrorshop@gmail.com within 24 hours to cancel your order and receive a full refund. After 24 hours, a cancellation will no longer be possible and your order will be processed.
TURNAROUND TIMES
Turnaround times are stated in product listings and Instagram posts/captions. By purchasing, you agreeing to the turnaround time stated. PixieDustHorror has NO control over customs if they get stuck to be searched. PixieDustHorror cannot make customs clear the shipment in order for us to get the shipment to ship them out. PixieDustHorror will alwyas post updates on their stories. Shipping is not guaranteed for any holiday, birthday, special occasion or park trip.
