DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDERS?

PixieDustHorrors is now offering pre-orders on some items. Pricing and turnaround time will be provided on an Instagram post and the item description! 

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

DO NOT send me a DM on Instagram. Please email me at pixiedusthorrorshop@gmail.com I will be answering emails Monday to Friday. Please message if you have any questions, comments or concerns and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to you. RTS items have a turnaround time of 3-5 business days, not including shipping. I will do my best to get all orders out as soon as possible.

DO YOU OFFER RUSH SHIPPING?

At the moment, rush shipping is NOT available. IF that changes, I will definitely let all of you know.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGE?
